In late November 2007, there was a meeting of DLM Forum held in Lisbon, Portugal. Only 2 organisations from the Czech Republic are members of DLM Forum and the representatives of both of them – the Ministry of the Interior and GORDIC spol. s r.o. – attended the action.

The Information Panel application of the GORDIC^® GINIS^®  system (IPA) has become the product that made it to the finals of the IT Product 2008 contest, organised by the Computerworld magazine and recognising particularly the innovative concepts of the entered products. IPA enables a user to visualise the data from various IS modules in the form of charts, tables or reports, thus making the views, which are important for the user’s decision-making, available to the user at anytime.

The GORDIC company successfully finished recertification process: its management system has been audited and found to be in accordance with requirements of the quality standard ISO 9001:2001. Certification was conducted by prestigious international company Bureau Veritas Certification. Issued certificate is valid until December 2010.

More than forty invited guests took part in a little unusual joinder of current information and communication technologies and medieval Minorite Monastery of St. James in the Prague Old Town. In these historical premises, the GORDIC company presented technological news and trends in the Document record management system GINIS (GINIS SSL).

Prague´s branch of GORDIC^® company has moved into the new seat. Roughly thirty employees will operate in the representative building in Italská street (Prague 2) since now. The reason for moving, it is mainly fast growth of the branch and whole company and insufficient capacity of the present offices.
