More than three hundred experts has visited Office of the 21st century
Event named „Office of the 21st Century“ has been held from 21st to 22nd of October in Prague's O2 arena. Its visitors, experts both from government and private institutions had the opportunity to test the modern software tools and office equipment.
Guests followed classic route of document after its arrival to the organization. Thanks to primary identifier of document (PID), they had their paper or electronic document under supervision all the time. At the workplace of Mailroom, the visitors checked, how automatic envelope opener could make their work easier. Following the Scanning line transfered paper documents into electronic format and paired them with evidence card of the document in the Document record management system. Office of Referent was equipped with software for active work with documents and modern facilities for printing as well.
In the Manager office, visitors – as the real managers - could take a look at the files of their employees. Analytic workplace provided even deeper overview of the effectiveness of their work. The final document processing and Posting office disposed of number of technological innovations, such as envelope machines, modern weights or stamping machines with connection to the Document record management system.
Succesful event was prepared in cooperation of the GORDIC® and Evrofin companies. More than 300 experts came to O2 arena during the two days. During his stay, most of them enjoyed prepared excursion of the hockey Hall of Fame with commentary of Czechoslovak hockey legend Augustin Bubník.
