Eiger Authorisation can handle messages coming from the TCP/IP network or X.25 network. A short response time and the parallel processing of messages gives the Authorisation core high throughput.
Eiger Authorisation runs on the application server in the multi-threaded mode. It gives the appli cation a parallel independent nature for each incoming message. Authorisation can use several methods and extra devices for security reasons can also be used.
Authorisation uses a common Eiger database. We guarantee complex data integration and we can use all of the leading SQL Databases (Oracle, Sybase, Informix).
Voice authorisation is a part of the system. An extensive number of operators can be connected to the network with a graphics interface. In the authorisation phase, the operator can inspect card data, the history of previous authorisations and all related information using a card browser.
