The Loyalty system works in cooperation with the Transaction module. It uses information from the database and holds a special reward account which can be accumulated based on flexible rules. A reward account can be assigned for a group of cards.
The Eiger Loyalty system provides bank with the tool to lead cardholders to a higher card usage.
