Eiger Transactions consist of several tools which are connected together through the database struc tures. All data are loaded into a common data pool and transactions are checked and settled to the right networks or accounting systems (VISA, Eurocard/Mastercard, JCB, Diners, local banks, etc.). On the basis of defined pa ram eters, data are collected into batches which are then send to the appro priate par tici pants.
Chargebacks can be created based on operator request in the special GUI – Chargeback module. Issuer and Acquirer chargebacks and presentments can be processed.
Eiger can produce various outputs to the Issuer bank (i.e. connection to bank agendas, bank accounting, data store, etc.). There is configurable on-us clearing. Eiger is customizable and can co op erate with other card centre systems.
All batches are automatically archived in data store.
