POD - Mailroom
Besides receipt of classical (analogous) documents, the Mailroom module completely solves the problems of electronic mailroom - it enables to receive and send documents in the digital form. In addition it provides internal fl ow of documents. The user can also utilize the support of bulk returning of advices of delivery to the organization.
The document entering the system is a subject of strict registration and is marked by unique Initial identifi er (PID). The document can be marked physically by sticking of the identifi er or by mere generation of the identifi er within the module.
The parameters of the Mailroom module can be adjusted for various work processes in various organizations, particularly as for the way of receipt of consignments, width of the registration profi le entered by the mailroom etc. The postcode list and code list of external subjects can be added to individual users, but it is not possible to edit them or to delete items. The code list which cannot be changed or entered at the user are: type of document, way of processing, record attributes and structure. These code lists have to be set in the GINIS® system administration.
