SPI - Record office

The Record office module enables to receive documents in the records offi ce, monitor and check the storage capacity, monitor and register the loans. In addition the module creates proposals for discarding and discarding reports. Thus stored documents do not return to the “normal life” anymore. The basic record-keeping data are extended by the information about location (storage place) and possible loans. The module co-operates with the other modules of the Records Management subsystem, especially the USU module.
