UKO - Tasks

Tasks are recorded activities resulting from written assignment including the terms of fulfi lment and the duty to report the fulfi lment and/or the progress or a threat to the fulfi lment of the task. Within one task, one specifi c bearer is answerable to one specifi c orderer for the fulfi lment of the entire assignment. The bearer may transfer the assignment or its part to other employees (however, this does not free the bearer of the above-mentioned responsibility for the fulfi lment of the task assigned to him/her). Thus the bearer becomes the orderer of additional (subordinate) tasks. Every task may be connected with a source document registered in the Records Management.
