USU - Universal records node

The Universal records node module enables to mail both incoming and internal documents, where the basic registration element is the initial identifier (PID), in the documents registered in the mailing log the initial identifi er and the reference number. In addition the module monitors the profi le and auxiliary data about the document (subject, sender, keywords, document type, access level...), creates the record, enables to enter the data about cancellation, loss, fi nding, way of processing, interruption and resumption of processing, coming into force, entering of record and discard attributes and discard periods, storage of documents in operative store places, entering of data about sending of the document out of the organization and subsequent processing of advices of delivery.

The module is ready both in the thick and in the thin (.NET) technology. The focusing on the .NET platform has been selected especially because of the contemporary philosophy of its technology and architecture, which enables to solve immediately most of the requirements put at present on the GINIS^® products.
