Scanning line

The original paper documents may be stored in the records offi ce immediately after scanning. In dependence on the size of the organization and on the technical and technological level of the equipment it is possible to process either all analogous documents or only selected ones, e.g. with higher expected demands on copying and transfer. The advantage of this solution is reduction of volume of the transferred paper documents, reduction of the amount of documents to be copied, minimizing of risk of documents loss, much better traceability of documents and the possibility of connection with full-text searching in the documents.
