POE - Web interface of the E-mailroom

The POE web interface enables the user in a user-friendly way to send his/her mailing in the electronic form and sign it electronically. Such e-mailings are then properly processed by the Mailroom module in compliance with the applicable legal requirements and according to the Law on the Electronic Signature.

 

The external user will obtain the unique identifi cation of the mailed document and the personal access key, which he/she can use in the future for querying about the current status of processing of his/her mailing by means of POE.
