VED - Manager
The application enables the manager to obtain basic information overview of documents and records of the organizational unit according to the status of owners or according to the appointed employees.
The Manager module is designed for managerial and controlling activities performed by the managers and for viewing of records of the registered documents. The module assumes co-operation with the other Records Management modules, by means of which the record-keeping operations are performed.
The module brings overview of the sent, registered and processed documents of the GINIS® system of the organizational unit or the entire organization. It enables to realize selected managerial activities and serves for viewing of records of the recorded documents; that is, it does not enable creation of new records.

VED - Status of records created in the monitored period
The user can utilize general search functions, by means of which it is possible to create the needed overview of documents according to the required criteria. The module displays data in the form of tables or graphs and stores these reports on the client’s local disk.
