VYP - Posting office

The main function of the Posting offi ce module is receipt of sent consignments from individual record nodes, their record-keeping, subsequent sorting and dispatching of the sent consignments out of the organization (to the post offi ce, messenger service, etc.).

 

The user can utilize general search functions, by means of which it is possible to create the needed overview of documents according to the required criteria.

 

VYP - Dispatching of consignments

 

With respect to the permanently increasing need of communication by means of e-mail, utilization of electronic signature or marking and at the same time the necessity of high safety level, the GINIS^® system has been extended by the possibility of sending e-mail from one point in the organization, so -called Electronic Dispatch Offi ce. For safety reasons, this point will be the only output point from the organization for electronic communication outwards (connected to the Internet).
