Management administration subsystem

The subsystem covers performance of administrations of state administration and self-government. These are in particular administrations governed by special acts such as the Act on Municipalities, the Act on Registries, the Building Act, the Act on Offences, etc.

Individual modules (registry, building authority, social benefits, offences, etc.) of the Management administration subsystem enable the processing of individual cases, printing of documents and processing of the required statistical reports. Wherever possible, they cooperate with the modules of the Registers subsystem (e.g. the registry can take data from the register of population, building authority from the register of real estates, etc.). Individual modules have either a direct or indirect link to the SSL filing service subsystem or to the EKO economy subsystem (e.g. social benefits).

Behaviour of the modules is parameter adjustable so as to satisfy the needs of specific users as far as possible. The right to perform individual active operations in a module in dependence on user position is parameter adjustable using control parameters. This enables perfect differentiation of access rights in modules for each user.

The modules contain tools enabling information search according to various criteria, which speeds up work considerably.

Case documents are registered automatically. They can be filed directly from a module; their outline is displayed in the “File collection sheet” bookmark. These documents can also be dispatched to the involved parties listed in the given file. In the case of documents with an electronic picture created, it is possible to open this document and view it.

The module contains a set of checks for verification of the loaded data.
